About Us

 

The Center for Maritime Diplomacy (CMD) is an independent platform dedicated to advancing maritime cooperation, regional connectivity, and sustainable development through research, dialogue, and partnerships.


Our work focuses on the Horn of Africa, the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Western Indian Ocean, promoting collaboration among governments, ports, academia, industry, and civil society.
